Webmail access and device configuration settings for all Servlet networks.
Servlet Classic Mail
For standard @servlet.com or legacy classic mail users. Enter your username (lower case) and password to read your email.
Incoming Settings
- Server: mail.servlet.net
- Username: Your User ID
- IMAP Ports: 993 (SSL/TLS - Recommended) or 143
- POP3 Ports: 995 (SSL/TLS) or 110
Outgoing Settings (SMTP)
- Server: securesmtp.servlet.net
- Username: Your User ID
- Ports: 587 or 465 (SSL/TLS)
- Note: Port 25 is blocked.
Surgemail (Siscom, DNACo, Your-Net)
If you access via an old bookmark, please update to one of the links below (remove :7443 from your saved address).
Incoming Settings
- Server: surgemail.servletinc.net
- Username: Full email address (lowercase)
- IMAP Ports: 993 (SSL/TLS - Recommended) or 143
- POP3 Ports: 995 (SSL/TLS) or 110
Outgoing Settings (SMTP)
- Server: surgemail.servletinc.net
- Username: Full email address (lowercase)
- Ports: 587 (With or without SSL/TLS)
- Note: Port 25 is blocked.
Changing your password: Log into webmail, click Options (top right) > Change Password.
Dayton.Net, Coax.Net & Plesk
Access your mail via the web interface. You can also change your password directly through these webmail portals.
Incoming Settings
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Username: Full email address
- IMAP Ports: 993 (SSL/TLS - Recommended) or 143
- POP3 Ports: 995 (SSL/TLS) or 110
Outgoing Settings (SMTP)
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Username: Full email address
- Ports: 587 or 465 (Start/TLS)

We strongly suggest using the webmail interface to test your login. If webmail works, your account is active and the issue lies within your device's mail client software configuration.
